File Retention Policy
Services provided by Smallize Pty Ltd may allow users to upload files for conversion or other document operations. This policy outlines how we handle the retention of those files.
All files uploaded to any of the websites operated by Smallize Pty Ltd are retained for a maximum of 24 hours before being automatically deleted. These files are not accessible to any person other than the person who uploads them.
Note Well: The above file retention policy outlines how we usually handle the retention of files for accounts. This policy does not affect the ultimate right of Smallize Pty Ltd to request an account holder to remove any or all content as outlined in section 5.2 of our Terms of Service.
